Flight Checker Supervisor

Job Description Supervise and coordinate the Flight Checking team, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.

Ensure 100% final quality and quantity checks on all flights before dispatch.

Verify meals match airline specifications, menu cards, and flight documentation.

Manage special meal requests, last-minute changes, aircraft swaps, and return catering.
