Forward Deployed Engineer

What You'll Do:

• Take part in the technical integration and onboarding cycle and develop a strategy to integrate and onboarding to Blockaid, drive expansion in our customer base to meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets.
• Work closely with R&D and Product teams
• Research multiple DeFi protocols
• Operate in a consultative process with customers and prospects to define their challenges and opportunities.
• Educate and become a trusted advisor, challenge assumptions and current status, while delivering value to prospects and customers.
• Support technical and business discovery activities, including workshops and demonstrations, across multiple opportunities.
• Deliver high-impact product demonstrations based on the customer’s environment and testing needs.

Requirements

• 3+ years in a Post-Sales/Customer-Facing/Consulting Role
• 2+ years of experience in software development
• Excellent presentation skills with an ability to present technical solutions concisely to customers and prospects
• Passion for diving into technical issues and solving customer challenges
• Experience from a cybersecurity company - a plus
• Blockchain/Web3 knowledge - a plus
• Early-stage startup SE experience - a plus

Compensation for this role will be influenced by several factors, such as the candidate's professional background, skill set, and geographic location. This position includes eligibility for Blockaid's equity program and may also offer additional incentive-based compensation.
