MatchMatch is seeking a Founders’ Associate in Madrid to be the founders’ right hand, handling both practical and strategic work as the team scales.

You’ll organize calendars, travel, meetings, and prep, and design repeatable processes to keep the company moving smoothly.

You’ll run leadership rhythm, support fundraising, hiring, and operations, and translate strategy into execution while maintaining high standards of communication in Spanish and English.
