Aircall is seeking a founding Sales Lead for Piper in Madrid.
You will own the full sales cycle from discovery to close, targeting C-level buyers across Europe, with a focus on land-and-expand motions and high ACV deals.
You’ll lead and coach the sales team, shape the playbook, set CRM discipline, and partner with leadership to scale.
Fluency in French and English is required, Spanish a plus, and you’ll bring 10 years of B2B experience in startups or scale-ups.
