Job Description Job Description Position Summary The Frac Site Laborer – Rig-Up / Rig-Down is responsible for assisting with the safe and efficient setup, operation support, teardown, and movement of equipment at hydraulic fracturing (frac) locations.
This position performs physically demanding work in outdoor oilfield environments and works closely with frac crews, equipment operators, supervisors, and other field personnel.
