Job Description Job Description Position: FSQA Manager Location: Lakeland, FL area
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Biology, or Engineering discipline.
PCQI certified or SQF Practitioner with at least 5 years of experience.
Knowledge of Sanitation, Pest Control, HACCP, GMP, FSMA, SQF, BRC, USDA, FDA, GFSI, Non-GMO, Halal, and Kosher.
Oversee QA testing for all Production and Packaging lines.
Manage 3rd party Audits and Laboratories.
