Description
Junior Full Stack Developer
Sport Technology | React, Node.js & Next.js
London | Hybrid (3 days in the office) | Up to £40,000 + Exceptional Perks
Are you a Computer Science graduate with around 1-2 years of commercial development experience looking for a role where you can make a genuine impact?
We're partnering with an exciting business operating within the world of sport and international travel that's investing heavily in its technology platform. This is an opportunity to join a small, ambitious development team where your ideas matter, your work goes live quickly, and you'll gain exposure to the full software development lifecycle.
Unlike larger organisations where you become a small cog in a huge machine, you'll work closely with senior stakeholders, take ownership of real projects from day one, and rapidly develop your technical and commercial skills.
What you'll be working on
You’ll help build and enhance a range of customer-facing websites, internal business systems and e-commerce platforms used by customers across the globe.
Projects include:
- Building modern React and Next.js web applications
- Developing Node.js backend services and APIs
- Integrating third-party platforms and supplier APIs
- Improving booking and pricing systems
- Working with SQL and PostgreSQL databases
- Deploying and maintaining applications using modern development practices

- A Computer Science (or similar) degree
- Around 1-2 years of commercial software development experience
- Experience with JavaScript and React
- Some backend experience with Node.js or Python
- Knowledge of SQL databases
- A genuine passion for technology and problem solving
- A willingness to learn and take ownership of projects
Why join?
This role offers far more than just another junior developer position.
You’ll receive:
- Annual trips to major sporting events across Europe (and further afield as you progress)
- Exposure to modern technologies across the full stack
- Genuine ownership and responsibility from day one
- Clear opportunities to develop your career in a growing business
- Hybrid working
- On-site gym
- Pension scheme
Perfect for:
A Computer Science graduate or early-career Full Stack Developer looking to accelerate their development in a fast-moving, technology-driven business where they'll gain experience that would normally take years to acquire elsewhere.
