Position: Full Stack Developer (Backend-Focused)

Location: Miami, FL (Onsite/Hybrid)

Mandatory Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in Python Backend Development (FastAPI / Flask / Django)
• Solid experience in ReactJS
• Exposure to AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, MCP (Model Context Protocol), LangChain/LangGraph
• Strong expertise in Database Design & Optimization (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server)
• In-depth knowledge of Authentication & Authorization Frameworks (OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SSO, RBAC, ABAC)
• Onshore and based in Miami, FL, or willing to relocate/work from the Miami office

Candidate Profile Expectations

• Backend-heavy Full Stack Developer with approximately 80-90% Python Backend and 10-20% ReactJS experience
• Must be able to demonstrate deep expertise in:
• Python backend development
• Database architecture and optimization
• Authentication and security frameworks
• AI/Agentic AI implementations
• Frontend-heavy candidates will not be considered
