Job Description We are looking for a passionate Fullstack Developer who is equally comfortable working with frontend and backend development and enjoys building innovative, reliable web solutions.
You will join an agile and collaborative DevOps team where different perspectives are valued and continuous learning is encouraged. The role offers the opportunity to further develop your technical expertise while contributing to a supportive and inclusive working environment.
You will work closely with colleagues, Product Owners and domain experts. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently are essential. You should be comfortable taking ownership of initiatives and driving them forward while also contributing effectively to a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities
    Develop modern applications with high requirements on availability, reliability and performance.
    Design and develop robust integration layers connecting internal systems with external systems and stakeholders.
    Build automation solutions that simplify and streamline time-critical business processes.
    Contribute to architectural decisions, ensuring solutions are secure, maintainable and future-proof.
    Implement and promote unit testing and high-quality software development practices.
    Contribute to and promote modern DevOps practices, enabling continuous delivery of reliable and resilient functionality.
    Collaborate with the team to continuously improve development processes, architecture and technical solutions.
Required Skills & Experience
    6+ years of professional experience as a Fullstack Developer.
    6+ years of experience with:
    .NET Core
    C#
    Angular 18 or later
    TypeScript
    Azure
    Azure DevOps
    Git
    CI/CD pipelines
    2+ years of experience with:
    Tailwind CSS
    Practical experience with messaging and asynchronous systems, including:
    Kafka
    Azure Service Bus
    Real-time communication
    Good knowledge of:
    API development and system integration
    Asynchronous communication
    Automation
    Unit testing, such as xUnit and NUnit
Personal skills
    Excellent communication skills in English.
    Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks and initiatives.
    Comfortable working in complex technical environments.
    Strong collaborative skills and an interest in knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Nice to have
    Experience from the energy or financial sector, where availability, reliability and security are particularly important.
    Experience working with highly available and business-critical systems.
Education
    University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or a related field, or
    Equivalent Higher Vocational Education.
