Full Stack Developer (TS/SCI)

Full Stack Developer – Suitland, MD (Hybrid: onsite 2–3 days/week) | Full-time, Permanent | $150,000–$170,000 base

Position Overview

Develop secure, cloud-native applications from database schema through backend services and production user interfaces. Team of 2–3 developers reporting to a technical lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain secure applications across the full technology stack
• Support existing platforms while building pilot solutions and custom MVPs
• Handle API development, dashboards, legacy data migration, and authentication integration
• Deploy solutions across AWS partitions and classification levels

Core Technology Stack

Python/Django, React/Next.js, PostgreSQL/Aurora, AWS, Terraform, GitLab CI/CD, Keycloak

Required Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance (mandatory)
• 5+ years hands-on development experience
• Python backend expertise – Django, FastAPI (including async) and modern Python 3.13+
• Production-level React or Next.js experience
• RESTful API design and Backend-for-Frontend patterns
• PostgreSQL schema design and optimization
• AWS deployment across classified partitions
• Terraform module development
• Authentication integration (Keycloak, OIDC, SAML, CAC/PIV)
• GitLab CI/CD and Git workflows
• Development for STIG-hardened, FIPS-validated environments

Additional Requirements

• US Citizen or Green Card holder
• Must work onsite 2–3 days weekly in Suitland, MD
• Immediate start preferred
