- Strong hands-on experience in Full-Stack Java Development
- Exposure to AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Windsurf, Devin, or GitHub Copilot (preferred)
- Strong coding and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving requirements
