Full Stack Engineer (Commercial Intelligence Value Stream) - All genders

You will turn business needs and improvement ideas into useful internal products, tools and applications. You will work with business and technical stakeholders to understand how people work today, identify where AI and automation can help, and rapidly deliver solutions that create value.

• Design, prototype and deliver internal web applications and tools, with particular attention to intuitive, polished frontends that help stakeholders work with data, insights and recommendations.
• Build e2e features across frontend, backend and integrations, choosing a pragmatic level of engineering for each use case.
• Integrate Generative AI capabilities into usable internal applications where they add value.
• Develop modern frontend applications using Vue.js and Nuxt, together with JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Create and consume APIs and connect products to data platforms, enterprise services and, where required, legacy systems.
• Use AI-assisted software development as a normal part of discovery, implementation, testing and iteration to accelerate delivery without compromising engineering standards.

Ihr Profil:

What you will need

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a strong track record of shipping full-stack products or a portfolio of small applications and prototypes.
• Strong frontend engineering skills with Vue.js or similar framework; practical experience with Nuxt is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Backend and integration experience, including API design, authentication and authorisation, data access and integration with enterprise systems. Familiarity with Java and Spring Boot is required.
