Description

The Holomicrobiome Innovation Institute (HMBI) seeks a full-stack developer to build the data ecosystem powering microbiome research. You will design and implement the technical infrastructure, including a web-based data portal, and data ingress, storage, and processing pipelines.

Collaborating with data scientists, you will test ML/AI tooling that supports data curation and portal enhancements, and implement the HMBI data model across the infrastructure with the data steward team.
