Holomicrobiome Institute is seeking a full-stack developer to design and implement the data ecosystem that will empower microbiome research at Amersfoort’s HMBI. You will build a prototype data portal, data ingress, and processing pipelines, collaborating with data scientists and researchers.
You will work in a multidisciplinary team, writing robust software, testing prototypes, and shaping architecture with an emphasis on secure, reproducible data practices.
