Full Stack Engineering Manager Activix

Lead full-stack engineering for AutoSync’s Activix CRM Platform in Toronto, combining technical guidance, people leadership, and delivery management.

As Engineering Manager, you will guide the team responsible for Activix and related services. Partner with Product, UX, Data, and adjacent teams to define outcomes, scope, priorities, and acceptance criteria. Apply Scrum Master and project management skills while supporting reliable software delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Turn ambiguous goals into practical next steps and clear ownership
• Develop engineers through feedback, coaching, hiring, and career conversations
• Plan milestones, manage dependencies, risks, capacity, and delivery forecasts
• Guide architecture, design reviews, code reviews, and troubleshooting
• Establish standards for testing, security, privacy, and release readiness

Requirements:

• At least five years of engineering leadership experience
• Experience developing people and building effective engineering teams
• Strong software engineering background with scalable web applications
• Ability to explain architecture and code-level trade-offs
• Experience hiring, coaching, and managing performance constructively
• Bring full-stack leadership, technical credibility, and practical delivery management to AutoSync’s Activix CRM engineering team.
