elagames in Spain is seeking a Games Development Director to own the product strategy and act as the central voice across the studio.

You will translate high‑level business goals into a compelling game roadmap and lead cross‑functional teams from concept through launch and live operations.

You will unite Game Design, Math, Art/UX and Engineering, maintain creative and UX direction, and ensure the portfolio stays differentiated in the iGaming space.
