Description

Docplanner's Global Customer Success Operations team seeks a senior leader to design CRM processes, drive migration from HubSpot to Salesforce across 13 markets, and improve churn, win rate and productivity.

You will manage 5 analysts, partner with Salesforce and other tech teams, and translate business goals into scalable CRM workflows that deliver measurable impact.

English required; Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.

This is an on-site role based in Madrid with global scope.
