Description

MAXAM in Spain seeks an experienced Engineering Manager to lead end-to-end industrial engineering projects related to Initiation Systems (IS) and Packaged Explosives (PEX) globally.

The role covers design to start-up, ensuring technical solutions, plant layouts and equipment integration.

The candidate must hold a degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, have 7–10 years in EPC environments, and be fluent in English and Spanish, with a willingness to travel about 30%.
