SHA Spain in El Albir, Alicante, seeks an experienced HR Director to lead People & Culture in a luxury hospitality setting.
You will partner with the General Manager and Corporate Chief People Officer, shaping people strategies and building a high-performing local team across a matrix organization.
You’ll drive culture, guest experience and operational alignment, while navigating international expansion and frequent collaboration across SHA properties.
