Autodesk is seeking a Senior Manager, Labor Relations Lead to provide expert guidance on global labor relations issues.

You will partner with People Experience, Legal, and business leaders to manage collective consultation, employee representation, and labor risk across AMER, EMEA, and APAC.

You will develop scalable labor relations frameworks, coach managers, and ensure compliant, risk-aware approaches while supporting organizational change in a global environment.
