Fayara is building a fast-growing digital business and seeks an in-house legal lead in Madrid.
You will own legal, tax and structuring across multiple entities and countries, reporting to the CFO and collaborating with finance, HR, sales and payments.
This is a hands-on role to build the function from the ground up, including commercial contracts, governance, intercompany arrangements and multi-country tax issues.
