About this Position What you´ll do Own the strategy, roadmap, and success of Henkel’s global SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Demand Planning product in our Business Unit IT (DX) Translate business needs into scalable digital solutions and product enhancements Manage and prioritize the product backlog to maximize business value Drive the evolution and standardization of global Demand Planning capabilities Lead stakeholder alignment and product governance across regions and functions Drive user adoption, performance improvements, and business value realization Foster innovation through automation, advanced analytics, and AI-driven planning Collaborate closely with business and technology teams to deliver impactful solutions
