Description
Smoore seeks a Senior Retail Manager to own overseas retail end-to-end, translating HQ strategy into locally executable plans and taking full P&L responsibility.
This hands-on leadership role requires strategic thinking and frontline execution across multiple markets.
You will build systems and teams, drive data-driven operating rhythms, set store-tiering, manage budgets, and energize the frontline with training and incentives, including travel as required.
