Description

Amazon is seeking a Program Manager to lead supplier engagement and development across our Global Procurement Sustainability function.

You will design scalable programs that boost supplier readiness, unlock capital access, and open contract pathways for suppliers of all sizes.

You will build digital workshops, e-learnings, training hubs, and playbooks, partner with cross-functional teams, and measure impact through readiness metrics, participation, and contract outcomes.
