You’ll work closely with the Finance and Operations teams, supporting day-to-day financial administration alongside office and business operations. This varied role will give you valuable practical experience while developing your commercial awareness and professional skills.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing and expense processing.
- Assist with bank reconciliation, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
- Maintain accurate financial records and support VAT, tax and compliance activities.
- Provide general office and facilities administration, including supplies, meetings, visitors and travel arrangements.
- Support employee onboarding/off boarding, compliance, health & safety and wider business administration.
- Relevant qualification or experience in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or a related field is desirable.
- AAT qualification or willingness to study towards AAT is advantageous.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with accounting software is beneficial.
- Excellent organisation, attention to detail and time-management skills.
- Strong communication skills with a proactive, positive and collaborative approach.
