Join Our Team
Methodist Rehabilitation Center is seeking a creative and motivated Graphic Designer/Photographer to join our Marketing & Public Relations team.
This is an exciting opportunity for an entry-level creative professional who enjoys combining graphic design, photography, and visual storytelling to make a meaningful impact. In this role, you’ll help showcase the people and stories that make Methodist Rehabilitation special while supporting marketing and communication efforts across the organization.

What You’ll Do
Graphic Design & Content Creation
- Create engaging visual content for social media, digital campaigns, websites, and other communications.
- Design print materials including flyers, brochures, posters, mailers, and promotional materials.
- Develop internal marketing and communication materials for departments throughout the organization.
- Help bring marketing campaigns and creative concepts from idea to finished product.
Photography
- Capture high-quality, engaging photographs of patients, employees, events, and activities that tell the MRC story.
- Photograph content for use in social media, marketing materials, publications, websites, and internal communications.
- Help maintain, organize, and grow MRC’s library of photography and other visual assets.
Brand & Creative Development
- Ensure visual content follows MRC brand standards and maintains a consistent look and feel.
- Collaborate with the Marketing & Public Relations team to develop fresh creative ideas and visual concepts.
- Contribute ideas that help strengthen MRC’s visual presence across print and digital platforms.
Team Support & Collaboration
- Respond to internal design requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Work with the marketing team to support content calendars, campaigns, events, and organizational initiatives.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
- Build positive working relationships with employees and departments throughout the organization.
