Responsibilities
A Greeter with Hilton Grand Vacations is responsible for greeting guests, providing customer service, general location information, and directing guests to marketing desk locations.
Advise visitors about available services, pointing them to the Marketing Desk location, and otherwise sharing promotional materials.
Distributes Hilton Grand Vacations authorized marketing material and information.
Assist customers with general information inquiries.
