Description
Position Summary The Group Exercise & Member Experience Director is responsible for leading and growing a dynamic group exercise program while creating a strong sense of community and connection among members.
This position oversees a group exercise schedule of approximately 75 classes per week , including instructor recruitment, hiring, scheduling, coverage, payroll, performance management, and program development.
