Out client seeks to appoint a Group Financial Reporting Manager to ensure the integrity and accuracy of their financial reporting across the Group. This pivotal role supports effective financial management and decision-making, ensuring compliance with statutory obligations and maintaining a strong control environment. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Group Financial Reporting - UK and ROI entities Group Consolidation Statutory Reporting & Accounts Technical Accounting & Compliance Balance Sheet & Financial Controls Management Information & Analysis Systems, Processes & Continuous Improvement: Audit, Governance & Risk: Leadership & People Management Required Skills & Qualifications: Professionally qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent). Minimum of 6 years post-qualification experience in financial reporting. Proven leadership experience with at least 1 year managing finance professionals. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills. Demonstrated ability to enhance financial reporting processes and controls. Desirable Skills: Experience in financial reporting within both the UK and ROI. Background in a not-for-profit organisation and familiarity with Charities SORP. Proficiency in ERP and financial reporting systems like Oracle or NetSuite. Experience in financial transformation and systems implementation.
