Job description: YOUR ROLE Within the Group Legal Department, the Group Legal Counsel Expert supports the Group, particularly the Media Division, in its relations with public entities related to the development of its activities.
You will ensure these relationships are secured in compliance with best governance practices, protect the Group and its executives from penal risks, and contribute to litigation management with a specific expertise in business criminal law and public criminal law.
