DBI headquarter is in Rueil-Malmaison, greater Paris area, with subsidiaries across Europe (DACH, Italy, Iberia, Eastern Europe). Its Supply Chain center (manufacturing and logistics) is based in Autun, Burgundy, where more than 5 billion tights have been produced since DIM was founded! Moreover, we are deeply committed to a dynamic ESG strategy, structured around 3 pillars: Planet, Product, People.
To accompany us in this adventure, we are looking for our future DBI Group Supply Chain IT Director (M/F) based in DBI Headquarter in Rueil-Malmaison, Paris area, France.
Key responsibilities:
The Supply Chain IT Director ensures that systems support an integrated supply chain, from demand forecasting through delivery to the end customer, and leads their transformation. The role simultaneously drives planning, manufacturing, warehousing, and transportation projects, aligns brand-specific solutions with Group models, and safeguards the continuity of high-volume operations.
In this position, your main missions will be to :
Strategy and roadmap
• Develop, together with Group Supply Chain management, the three-year roadmap for supply chain and industrial systems.
• Define the target application architecture: ERP, planning (APS), WMS, TMS, MES, EDI, master data systems, and integration.
• Drive the convergence of brand- and country-specific solutions toward Group core models while safeguarding operational performance
Planning and S&OP
• Lead the implementation of forecasting, demand planning, and planning tools (PDP, MPS, DRP).
• Support the Group S&OP process with reliable data and tools shared across brands and countries.
Manufacturing and industrial IT
• Oversee factory production planning and monitoring systems.
• Support the connection of production equipment and the collection of quality and performance data, in collaboration with the CTO.
Logistics, warehousing, and transportation
• Lead the warehouse management system replacement program, from the request for proposals through multi-site deployment.
• Oversee integration with warehouse automation and control systems and adapt workflows for unit-level order picking.
• Assess and deploy transportation tools for inter-site and outsourced flows.
• Support the rationalization of the logistics network and the transfer of activities between sites.
Program management
• Lead several projects in parallel, covering governance, steering committees, master schedules, budgets, risks, and trade-off decisions.
• Select and manage software vendors and systems integrators, and secure contractual commitments.
• Organize testing, data migration, cutovers, go-lives, and hypercare without disrupting operations.
Operations and business continuity
• Ensure the operational maintenance of existing supply chain applications, including those running on AS/400, until they are replaced.
• Organize knowledge transfer ahead of departures and reduce dependency on key individuals
Leadership and change management
• Lead the country application managers and project managers.
• Support change adoption among factory and warehouse teams, and promote Lean practices.
Your profile:
Education
Master’s degree from an engineering school, business school, or university, with a specialization in supply chain or information systems; APICS certifications (CPIM, CSCP, CLTD) and Lean Six Sigma certification are desirable.
Experience
At least 12 years of experience leading supply chain projects and programs, including a minimum of five years heading multi-site, multi-country programs.
Experience in manufacturing and distribution, ideally in textiles, fashion, or consumer goods.
At least one multi-site WMS deployment and one planning project (APS) successfully delivered through go-live.
Experience managing several business projects simultaneously
Technical skills
End-to-end supply chain processes: forecasting, S&OP, PDP, MPS, DRP, procurement, production, warehousing, and transportation.
Leading market solutions: WMS (Manhattan, Reflex, Blue Yonder, etc.), APS, TMS, MES, and EDI.
ERP systems (Dynamics 365, SAP) and legacy AS/400 environments.
Master data, integration, and interfaces; management of systems integrators.
Leadership skills
Cross-functional leadership with demanding business stakeholders and strong operational credibility in the field.
Ability to make trade-off decisions, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple projects.
Change management expertise, a Lean mindset, and strong communication and coaching skills
Languages
Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in a second European language (Romanian, Italian, German, or Spanish) is desirable.
You must be willing to travel in France and Europe for this position.
