Enginy, a Barcelona-based AI-native GTM startup, is seeking a Growth Marketer to turn attention into a sustainable pipeline.
You’ll own conversion from the first website visit to closed-won, run experiments, deploy AI-powered lead magnets, and fix the biggest funnel leak every month.
This is a full-funnel role: set strategy, measure impact, and work closely with Marketing, Sales, RevOps and Product.
