Description

ITP Aero Group. in Madrid area seeks an experienced production lead to direct day-to-day engine shop activities, ensuring safe, compliant execution across teardown, inspection, assembly and release stages.

You will drive workforce performance, monitor progress, and coordinate with Engine Service to meet TAT, quality and customer commitments.

The role requires strong leadership, aerospace MRO knowledge, and proficiency with SAP, Power BI and Excel.
