The Guest Services Information Assistant greets patients and visitors to the VCU Health System and to assist them with obtaining accurate directions and visitation passes.
This job ensures that patients with restricted visitation are appropriately respected and visitor passes are issued ONLY to those visitors that have permission.
This job also monitors activities of assigned lobbies to maintain a safe environment and to assist patients who may be left waiting for long periods.
