Job Description Job Description We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman/Building Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance and repair services across residential townhomes, condominiums, commercial buildings, and a mixed property portfolio throughout the Chicagoland area.

Working as part of a small maintenance crew and independently in the field, the technician will complete on-site maintenance five days a week using a mobile work-order system.
