Hardware Quality Industrialization Engineer

You will build data-driven, repeatable quality processes with engineering, supply chain, operations, and manufacturing partners. You will evaluate suppliers, analyze field returns, lead root-cause investigations and corrective actions, establish testing criteria, own supply verticals, and ensure compliance and certification requirements are met.

Responsibilities

• Build data-driven, repeatable quality processes
• Evaluate new and existing suppliers
• Analyze field returns to identify design improvements
• Lead root cause analysis with internal stakeholders and external partners
• Own corrective actions and improvements
• Establish test parameters, pass/fail limits, and test strategy
• Own supply verticals by product type
• Ensure external partners meet compliance and certification requirements

Requirements

• At least 3 years of quality, supplier quality, or supplier industrialization experience
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, hardware, or a related field
• Experience in aerospace, automotive, or autonomous vehicles
• Supplier evaluation and management experience
• Statistical quality control analysis experience
• Experience with 8D, 5 Whys, and fishbone diagrams
