Description
SourceCo Recruitment is seeking a QA Coordinator for a busy hatchery in Shobdon, Herefordshire. The role combines hands-on on the shop floor with office data analysis to drive quality improvements.
You will monitor egg quality, breeder flock fertility, incubation performance and hygiene standards, producing reports and making evidence-based recommendations. The position operates on a rotating weekly shift pattern with early start times.
