Description

Head chef required for a Pub looking to launch a food menu.

They will have a pizza oven and will be doing small plates (around 8 small plates on the menu).

To start with it will be this person and a part time kitchen assistant and once the food takes off they will have two in the kitchen.

The small plates will be serviced wednesday to saturday and on a sunday they will do a roast lunch.
