Head Chef

Head Chef required to work at The Temple Grill located at 182 Templeogue Road, Templeogue Village, Co. Dublin. The applicant must have at least five years’ experience as a chef in a similar role. Duties include overseeing and directing all kitchen operations, ensuring the consistent preparation and presentation of dishes to the highest culinary and hygiene standards; designing, developing and costing menus in accordance with seasonal availability, budgetary requirements and the establishment’s culinary vision; managing, training and supervising kitchen staff, fostering professional development, discipline and adherence to operational procedures; ensuring full compliance with food safety, sanitation and health regulations, maintaining accurate records and upholding legal standards at all times; controlling stock levels and procurement, liaising with suppliers to secure quality ingredients while minimising waste and maintaining cost efficiency; and coordinating with front-of-house management to ensure effective communication regarding service flow, special requirements and overall guest satisfaction. and possess excellent communication skills.
