Supervisor: General Manager Purpose of Position : Head of Housekeeping is responsible for the planning, direction, coordination, and execution of all activities and personnel within the housekeeping and laundry departments.

Must have complete knowledge of all areas of housekeeping, laundry, and public area cleaning processes.

The Head of Housekeeping is responsible for ensuring that all housekeeping activities are carried out professionally, to standards, and at the highest levels of service.
