ScaleJet is seeking a Head of Account Operations in Madrid to lead PPC, Account Management, CSM, and Catalogue Coordination.

This senior role owns client retention, account health, and day-to-day operational delivery, while hands-on supporting complex issues.

You will be the primary client-facing CSM, ensuring the right work is done by the right people at the right time, and driving strategic alignment across teams.
