Negotiate, review, and execute research agreements, including: Clinical Trial Agreements Collaboration Agreements Data Sharing Agreements Confidentiality Agreements Material Transfer Agreements Partnership Agreements Provide expert contractual, legal, and commercial advice to researchers and senior leaders.
