Bondora is a fast-growing fintech shaping the future of lending and banking in Europe.

We are hiring a Head of CRM & Customer Value to maximise the value of our existing customer base through strategic CRM, lifecycle management, and customer economics.

You will own the customer value model, lead CRM across activation, growth and servicing, and collaborate with Finance, Credit Risk, Product and Data to drive incremental profitability.
