Head of Cyber Security & Security Operations

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Head of Cyber Security, Cyber Security Manager, or senior security leader.
• Strong background in Microsoft environments, including Azure, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Security.
• Experience leading security operations, incident response, vulnerability management, and cyber risk programmes.
• Strong understanding of ISO 27001, NIST, and CIS Controls.
• Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders, including executives and board-level leaders.
• Experience managing third-party security providers and driving security improvements across complex environments.
• Manufacturing or industrial sector experience is highly desirable.

• Lead and mature our cyber security function.
• Take responsibility for cyber strategy, security operations, risk management, and stakeholder engagement across our business.
• Own and shape our cyber security capability.
