Head of Gym Membership & Customer Experience

Peak 360 Gym is seeking a Customer Experience & Gym Membership Head to oversee daily operations, front desk, membership administration, and customer service.

You will develop membership packages and renewal strategies to drive retention.

You will monitor membership metrics, manage opening/closing, coordinate equipment maintenance, train staff, and prepare monthly reports while controlling operating costs and revenue.

KPI requires a minimum of 150 sessions per month.
