Head of HR

The Head of HR will work closely with the senior leadership team and the board, focussing on change and transformation, as the firm goes through a period of planned growth and ongoing M&A activity.

The Head of HR will lead on the organisational development and people strategy projects associated with our growth strategy and will play a key role with all M&A activity, ensuring all new teams are on-boarded in new locations, and fully integrated into the business.
