The role The Head of iBabs is the central leadership point for iBabs.

The role has four pillars: Full ownership of the tender process and direct management of the Tender Management and Consultancy teams.

Overall coordination of the iBabs team.

This means leading the iBabs Management Team and aligning Sales, Marketing, Support, Technology and Product, which sit in ECS functional organizations.

Being the voice of iBabs in the Netherlands towards customers and the market.
