SHA Spain is seeking a strategic HR Director to lead People & Culture at SHA Spain in El Albir, Alicante.

The role connects people strategy with operations, service excellence and business performance, reporting to the General Manager and Corporate Chief People Officer.

You will manage the local P&C team, partner with department heads, balance people and commercial priorities, and operate within a matrix structure across SHA Spain and Corporate teams.
