SHA Wellness Clinic in El Albir, Alicante, is seeking an experienced HR Director to lead People & Culture for SHA Spain.
This hands-on, business-facing role partners with the General Manager and Corporate Chief People Officer to align people strategy with guest excellence and operational needs.
You will develop the local P&C team, manage employee relations, and ensure a high-performing, guest-focused culture across SHA Spain.
Travel to SHA properties is required.
