Description
Pillar is seeking a Head of Product to lead and grow a PM team, owning roadmap, metrics, and cross-functional alignment.
You will set KPI-driven governance, build dashboards, and ensure predictable delivery in a fast-growing SaaS environment.
Based in Barcelona or willing to relocate, you will shape how Pillar plans, measures and ships its product, collaborating closely with design, engineering and our CTO in an AI-native setup.
